  • Brenkus told us we were upside down in a 3800 square ft house in excellent condition that we owed $240,0000 on. We listed that house with anther real estate company the next week. We had a full price offer of $300,000 in one day. Don't use this company they do not have your best interest at heart. I would give them less than one star if possible.
