  • Needed a laptop (in a hurry) for a new work assignment. did some on line research and went to the Thunderbird store to shop, planning to also shop at Fry's Electronics (nearby). Received excellent assistance the moment we entered the computer department. Looked at all of the models I had identified during my on line search, and based on my specific requirements, looked at four additional models. no pressure to buy "up", the sales associate showed me laptops specific to my requirements. I had a list of accessories, he made a couple of recommendations (which saved me money) and then we had the Geek Squad set it up. I had the new laptop ready to go in less than 5 hours. I was very pleased with the product selection, and the service.
