I have had a really hard time with receiving the services I purchased online as an existing customer. The package offered to me online is different from what was recorded in the system. There seems to be many facets of sales and customer service and they all have separate powers as far as how they can assist. Online offerings are superior than calling in and talking to Sales. "Retention" can offer better deals than Sales, etc. However, none of them seem to be able to solve my problems. I wouldn't say they were rude at all, in fact I was nice so they were nice because I was nice but my problem is still not solved. We are going on a little over 24 hours after a couple of phone calls and being transferred four times where sales was going to call me back. So.....kinda in limbo as an unsatisfied customer. Thinking the only result is to try cancel my new order
