  • We interviewed six different companies prior to finding Integrity Pools. Overall are experience was exemplary. The most important things to us for our backyard was that it should be done with quality, attention to detail and a good value. We also wanted to make sure that we would not end up on some company's assembly line with a lack of customer service. We were thrilled that Ryan and Larry came through for us in every way. The only reason why I am not giving this company five stars is that there is definitely a level of disorganization in terms of communication and our project took quite a bit longer than originally stated. However despite this, we were always treated kindly and they made sure that they delivered a top-quality product. ...and trust me, my standards are very high being that I have been in the construction design business for 17 years. Especially when we compare our backyard project with our next-door neighbors', who had their project happening at the same time as ours...We knew that we had chosen our backyard remodeler well and felt very lucky!
