If there was a 0 option I would give it. I'm also pretty inclined to report this rude SOB to the BBB.
My 1995 (aka old as dirt) volvo 850 turbo stopped turning over. Could be the Cam sensor or it might just need new Spark Plugs. idk.
For weeks i've been going back and forth with Marshall to get it in there(Mostly me not having the time). The mans always busy, which is a good sign. He knows what he's doing. So finally on Tuesday March 6th we agreed to have the vehicle towed there and he said he would take a look in a few days to see what was wrong. I called him this morning March 13th at 9:00am, to get an update and see what's up with the car. Well, Marshalls whole demeanor had changed. He was short, abrasive and outright RUDE. Speaking over me, not letting me get a word in edge wise, telling me I can wait a few weeks because he's busy or I can come get the car now. I didn't even know what to say on the phone. And before I could say anything he says "I'm too busy" and hangs up.
Maybe he's having a bad day, maybe he's a bit overwhelmed.... Maybe he should remember the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I will NEVER go back to him nor will I recommend anyone to him.
I understand my vehicle isn't new, or in the best of shape but don't take on the challenge if you're not ready. My money is as good as the next persons and to tell me 2 days, then 2 weeks is absurd!
