| - I had a headlight go out on my car, a few bucks and an easy fix no big deal.... wtf does that have to do with tires you ask? Nothing really, but here comes the story. When I walked out to the parking lot with my coworker who was nice enough to offer to install my headlight we noticed my tire was low. Well S#!T, guess I need to find the problem and get that fixed. Well hell, go big or go home no easy fix this time, both of the insides of my tires were balding like they were in the middle of a mid-life crisis! You'd think Fletcher's would have noticed that a few weeks prior while they were doing my oil change and oh maybe because they are in the business of selling tires, but no! I guess they don't care if I have a blow out whilst riding on tires I purchased from them the year before, but I digress....and won't be going back!
I asked my daughter's fiancé where he'd purchased her tires, yes you guessed it he got them at Joe's Tire Shop. He's picky and appreciates the precious cargo that rides on those tires so I knew I could take his recommendation. I called ahead and they had what I needed, not just 2 in great condition used tires but 4 for me to choose from at a great price. They were quick and courteous and I was back on the road in no time.
Oh wait, the fun didn't end there, less than a month later I got nailed(literally) with another FML-flat tire! I called Joe's and told them I'd be racing over to get there before close to get it fixed or get another tire. Two minutes before close Joe took me in, fixed my tire at Nascar pit crew speed. He was polite, took time to ask how I was doing, was very thorough and checked the air in all of my tires.
I'll definitely be back, not just because I have bad luck with tires but because Joe's is a business I can rely on!
