BEWARE...I'm sure the experience of this place is great but, we booked 2.5 months in advance and had to cancel 24hrs after booking due to our trip getting cancelled and after they said they would fully refund our purchase but when I called back to follow up on it and they refused.
They wanted to give us 50% of our money back and they would keep the other 50%, or we would get a gift card.
24hrs after booking...there is nothing this company is paying for at that point in time. Why they need to keep 50% of my reservation 2.5 months prior to the booking is beyond me. Talk about a lack of customer service and a very dated cancellation policy.
Super disappointing.
