So I stopped by for lunch & had the Black Garlic Oil ramen (low sodium), its Japanese name escapes me as I'm writing this review, but that's not really important, is it?! The main point is that The ramen was delicious. The noodle was springy; the broth was medium thick and well flavored. Though the garlic is very much apparent, it was not overpowering.
I ordered the Pork belly Buns & Kimchi as side dishes. I didn't care for the buns but enjoyed the kimchi. I thought it went well with my ramen.
