  • I've heard lots of good things about the co-op and finally got the opportunity to go when I got a job near by. Very disappointing! I've come in there a few times to grab something for lunch and have gotten a snooty cashier more than once. No I am not a member when I have only been there twice, so I shouldn't get grilled about it! Today I got a salad from the salad bar, a bottle of store brand juice and a pumpkin bar. The salad was good. The juice was apple jack, which is apple, lime and beet juice with ginger. It's like drinking straight ginger...$5 down the drain! I got a pumpkin bar with frosting on it for a treat. It was the driest piece of bakery I have ever had in my life! A friend tried a piece and said the same thing! We actually had trouble swallowing it! I'll be sure to pack a lunch so I don't have to gamble my money on wether I can finish the lackluster food!
