| - This was our last stop on the East Coast tour. We started in Virginia and then drove thru DC, Philadelphia, New York City, Albany, Niagara Falls, and then Toronto. After a week, I wanted to just rest and pick a place that's central to everything. Delta Toronto was the perfect choice. It was right across from Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, and Ripley's Aquarium.
Immediately, after pulling up to the valet, I was greeted by what seemed like a beautiful blonde model. I'm like, ok, so there's a beautiful girl working here. Cool. But, then I walk in and everybody who works here is freakin' good looking! I had to look and make sure this wasn't like Calvin Klein Hotel! But, not only was everybody easy on the eyes, but they were uber-friendly and helpful! What kind of mad universe was this?!?
We got to the room and it was as clean as could be. The beds were comfortable, and the view overlooked everything that I mentioned above. It was one of those places that I could stay in the room, lay on the bed, and that would be the best vacation ever. The only thing missing would be a nice double double from Tim Hortons. Wait, they have one downstairs? Yes! Now, I'm on vacation!
Notes:
1) You get free BASIC wifi. If you want premium, faster service, it's $19.95 for 24 hours.
2) No fridge in the room.
3) They have various media hookups for the TV.
4) If you need some bottled water, just call the front desk and they will send you some up. Just don't be THAT guy and ask for 10 of them.
