I arrive on time for the appointment at the Genius Bar for a repair. I am told to wait in a line in a corner of the store. I wait 15-20 minutes and realize it is not a line, just a bunch of people waiting for different reasons. There is no line. All sellers are busy and do not seem to care. Then I finally speak to one and ask him if I am being taken care of. He checks his iPad for my name and tells me that I am late for the appointment. I am like "I was on time" but he insisted that "I am late". apparently the client is always supposed to be wrong in this store
