We tried this place today because we were across the street at Starbucks and every time we are there we see people coming and going
I'm not necessarily unhappy with the food I only had the guacamole which was very good and my husband had some tacos - we really wanted to eat light but what we weren't happy with was the fact that we walked in there at about 4:45 in the evening when the restaurant was half full and the waitress took us all the way to the back corner extra room and put us in a small table almost as if she was hiding us in the closet
I wish I would've said something - it was absolutely ridiculous - we couldn't enjoy any of the ambience of this old building which I believe used to be a school or a church
I thought it was rude and I believe she treated us this way because are seniors and didn't think we would say anything which we didn't and that was our mistake
I get tired of being treated like a second-class citizen because I'm 67 years old I don't look 67 I look about 57
My husband is 82 and looks about 70 - we are actively energetic people - we go out to eat a lot and we have money to spend
So shame on this girl for not treating us with more respect and seating us in the main dining area of the restaurant when there were plenty of tables for us to be seated at for a meal
We don't live in the neighborhood but I am sure we will go back on occasion
