  • I used to love this apartment, when this apartment was Mayan plaza. Now it's Helix, it sucks, we call for maintenance and you have to wait 2 weeks and call 4 times till they do something. They wait till you get mad and that's when they do shit. New management doesn't care about their renters. Most of the time they don't answer phone calls. So if you need something, you have to go to their office. And ever since it became helix apartment, I don't feel safe anymore, the gate is always open, they don't close at night. Or maybe the gate is broken and they never fixed the gate! What's the use of our gate passes???? I dont recommend this place to anyone! And they are raising the rent next year, paying $1000+ for a small 2 bedroom apartment with no garage is just too much! We are moving out!
