  • If you are looking into botox, I highly recommend you DO NOT visit Arrowhead Dermatology. I received a gift card and was excited to have my treatment. After my 1st app, the area did not respond and they told me I needed more. I came back a second time and was really surprised they wanted to charge me again, even though the initial treatment did not work. Once again I waited and the area did not respond. I now had to go in for a third app. And yes, I was charged again. I waited patiently and still the area did not respond to the botox. After now spending over $350, I decided to give up. Instead of them trying to resolve the problem or use a different product that my body would respond too, they were eager to just collect more money. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
