  • My partner and I went in to find a new computer desk and chair. We were able to find one of each that were pretty cheap in their clearance section. We set up delivery, which they charged a $30 fee for, and the woman said it would be delivered same day if they weren't busy, or the next day at the latest. They would call before the delivery. Didn't hear anything that day. We called the next morning and they said, "Well, we might be able to get to it today." We wound up having to find someone with a large enough vehicle to move it ourselves since they couldn't come up with an answer as to when it would be delivered, and they didn't even refund the delivery fee. Will definitely not be coming back here.
