My mistake. I didn't check Yelp before requesting the service. Like almost every other review before mine, the "technician" arrived and immediately wanted to upgrade to a deep clean and appreciably increase the cost. When I declined he made a point of doing the least possible work leaving me questioning if any service was performed. I received a call from my landlord yesterday asking me to have the company come back to remove the visible dirt and make an effort to remove the stains. I called the company and received the expected response "we aren't responsible, you didn't get the deep clean that was recommended." I am the fool. Hopefully the next person who reads this goes elsewhere.
