OMG to get their Customer Service on the phone you have to be super patient and when you finally get one, they don't know what they are doing and then you get placed on hold again for 35+ until some other untrained personnel picks up. For example I'm on hold right now for 59:47...Or you get transferred to a line where no one picks up. They are as bad as AT&T... Now, you MUST watch your BILL every month because they constantly inflate your bill without your knowledge. They are by far the worst I've seen...
