  • I've been to Urbana twice now for the Spa Luxe package, which is a two-hour appointment with a facial and a massage. Both times were great, and super relaxing. I second signing up for their emails because they do run some great specials on packages and gift cards. The front desk staff are always pleasant and courteous. I recommend trying to arrive early to your appointment to unwind and to enjoy a beverage. I love tea, so the tea bar is definitely a huge perk! At my most recent visit, I got to try their green tropical flowers blend, which was delicious. At my most recent appointment, Kristy was my massage therapist and Tammy was my facialist. I highly recommend them both, and I am looking forward to booking appointments with them again. Tammy is so sweet, and in addition to my facial, she gave a great neck, shoulder, and scalp massage. I appreciated that she didn't force conversation, and just let me relax. In between appointments, I waited in the "transition area" which is the only negative that I can say about the experience. It's not really an area per se, but instead a couple of chairs and table behind a folding screen in the hallway. I would almost prefer to hang out in the lobby, truthfully. The massage with Kristy was one of the best that I've had, especially considering it had been about 6 months since my last one. I had some major knots going on, and that girl has got some strong hands!
