  • I wish I could give zero stars. DO NOT STAY HERE! The customer service and management team is horrible. They are sexiest and ageist. Coming in alone at night (as a single female) I felt harassed and afraid of their so-called 'security'. You will be disrespected at this hotel. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. You will notice if you read through the review there are several others like mine. It should also be noted I am a 32 year old professional woman with three children who was staying downtown for one night and am very familiar with the city.
