If I could give this place zero stars if I could. Always making us come on in into the branch to "solve" our problems. It was pointless to go down to only be told they couldn't do anything. We had my husbands last check from work be on hold. I understand because it's a check he was depositing, but 14 days ?? Are you kidding me ? And then 2 days later we received in the mail a receipt for the deposit he made and at the bottom of the receipt with red pen they circle where it said that they apologized for any inconvenience this might have caused and that if there were any items that were withdrawn that they would take care of the over draft fees. And yes indeed there was an overdraft fee for an automatic payment for our car insurance. So I gave customer service a call right away and let them know of the situation. Then they told me to call the office branch a call that they would take care of that. I gave the branch a call and let them know of the whole shebang going on and who ever it is I spoke to they told me they couldn't do anything about it because apparently my acct didn't qualify for what they initially sent me in the first place. Everything after that the person on the phone just argued w me and was rude. And now before my husband and I went on a trip for a good month, we attempted to deposit cash into our acct. His card said it was an incorrect pin so he attempted another time and the same error message came up on the screen. So then I tried mine and the same message came up. So we went to another branch to try and attempt to deposit and the same error message came up. Nothing could be done on the acct because of the error message we cont to get. So we call customer service and they couldn't do jack shit. That we needed to go in into a branch and get it resolved. Mind you we had do leve in a few hours. So we just left the bank acct on $0. Now that we have been back and are able to go in into a branch we are now apparently $52 upside down. Why? One because of a monthly fee for our act which is fine. Two because we had not made a deposit for a month. like ok Hello we did try to attempt and make a deposit before we left. All in all and in a few words THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND & ULTIMATELY BLAME YOU. Don't bank with them .
