The hotel looks nice and the rooms are well furnished, but they missed on several details. They had a fancy clock alarm radio but the time was wrong and there was no way to figure out how to change the time. None of the buttons on the top or front had anything to do with time or alarm. There were 4 additional obscure buttons on the back and no way to know what they do. There was no snooze or alarm off button, and no way to see if an alarm was set. I have had this in a different hotel in the past and the alarm went off at 3am in that prior occasion, so I unplugged the clock and took it to the front desk. We asked for no feathers because of my wife's allergies and they told us they defeathered the room, but they did not leave new pillows. We had to call the front desk. It was zero degrees outside and the heater did not respond to the thermostat settings so it was 67 degrees. There was no blanket on the bed, just a sheet and a very thin (like a sheet) bedspread. The free breakfast was slightly better than most free breakfasts but the plates were wet.
