I have a number of childhood memories of coming here with our school. I'm a little sad that they shut down the general store and moved the candy to a gift shop but the space is an important reflection of our history. They've done an exceptional job of maintaining the buildings and have a lot of seasonal activities geared for kids. They could be planned out a bit better (their chestnut roasting had about 50 chestnuts for countless hundreds of people) but when you realize how driven it is by volunteers, these are not big issues. Very glad it is there.
