  • Phone service: From the initial call for information, to subsequent calls for general questions or appointment, every member of Camp Bow Wow has impressed me with their level of enthusiasm and the time they take to discuss my issues/ concerns. E-mail service: Always prompt, courteous, and provides in-detail information. Reception: We've put our 7 y/o beagle in numerous kennels throughout Arizona, California, France & Germany; the attention & care that Camp Bow Wow team members give us AND our pup is unparalleled. The owner, Heather, always takes the time to ask us about the stay. Facility care: So far, we've only used Camp Bow Wow for doggy daycare. The live webcams are a wonderful service because you can visually see that pups are receiving care. We see that messes are cleaned up in a timely manner (in addition, our pup DOES NOT come home smelling of urine or cleaning solutions, which is common of most places); we see that team members often stay in each room & provide companionship; and most importantly, we see that our pup is not anxious in the environment. MANY THANKS to Heather & Lori for providing such a great environment as "2nd home" to so many pups. MANY THANKS to the team members at Camp Bow Wow for being the "2nd family" to our beagle.
