| - Smoothies is one of my husband's food groups so naturally, we had to stop by Booster Juice as an "in-between" meal during our recent trip to Toronto. As Patrick D. stated, the shop is located in close proximity to Eaton Centre, but far enough away from the crowds.
In addition to a wide variety of smoothies grouped separately (boosters, classics, pressed juice, high protein, superfood, etc.), they also serve ready to eat foods. I ordered a Matcha Monsoon but after 10 minutes of waiting, the associates realized that they made the incorrect item and made me a Mind Over Matcha instead. They asked me if it was okay and then kept pressing on the fact that it was the same thing as the Matcha Monsoon except that it has blueberry in it. I didn't mind that they made the mistake and I would've happily taken the incorrect order but I didn't like how they were trying to convince me to take the incorrect order.
As for the smoothie itself, I wasn't impressed. It tasted watery and it had a bland flavor (maybe the protein overpowdered all of the flavor?) and I threw it out before I could even finish half. Womp womp.
