Pretty awful place from a customer service standpoint. Yes, the gym is shiny and nice. I completed the signup process over the phone after a trial visit. They typed in the incorrect expiration month and attempted to charge my card almost 30 times! Needless to say, my credit card company froze my account believing it was a fraudulent charge. I called and emailed LifeTime to cancel my membership (if you can't sign me up correctly why would I have much faith you'll do anything else well?). They informed me I must show up in person to cancel. I went to the location and filled out the appropriate paperwork. After 5 days I still have not been reimbursed (they CLAIM an easy reimbursement policy if you cancel in the first 14 days). I tried twice to speak to a club manager and they are always "unavailable". I called their corporate "Member Relations" where the woman was defensive and informed me they have up to 28 days to refund money. Funny-- they can charge my card 30+ times in one day, but can't reimburse in 5. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! Don't be fooled by the sales pitch!
