This is a must visit when you go to St Lawrence Market. At any given time, there are about 6 jars of their mustard in my fridge. I've been buying them for years, and have never had a jar I didn't love!
There's no shame in going in thinking you will buy one jar, and ending up with three. We got our friends from out of town hooked on their mustard, and now we have the perfect gift for them when we visit. They are sold in a lot of stores, so it's not necessary to come down to St Lawrence Market... but it's great if you want to sample.
My current favourites are probably the Sweet & Smokey (who can argue with honey, hickory and garlic?) and Dijon by Anton. My favourite way to do salmon is to cover the top with Dijon, sprinkle a bit of Italian seasoned bread crumbs on top and bake. Yum.
