This place was voted the best pho joint 4 years ago.. There used to be a big banner hanging on top of the restaurant's name saying, "Voted the best pho in town." Recently it had been taken down.
Came here early in the morning since most Vietnamese restaurants open at 11 am and I guess coming here was a bad decision.
First off, the portion sizes. The spring rolls were so small and just most of the meals served are small. My girlfriend ordered a large bowl of pho and it was small!
Secondly, my vermicelli I ordered was very greasy and I managed just to eat a quarter of it before I had to discard it.
Lastly, customer service is mediocre; could've been more better. Usually handing change to your customer is the way to go but I guess the guy doing transactions thinks slamming my paper and coins on the counter was the most acceptable form.
I was so dissatisfied and disappointed me and my girlfriend went to another Pho place that was so much better around the afternoon.
