I've been a customer here since they first opened, and the customer service was great. However, now that they are under new ownership I have had issues. On 2 different occasions with different nail techs (both very broken English) my request was misunderstood. They both got stank attitudes after I had to reiterate what pedicure pkg I wanted, or that I didn't want a French tip. I've been burned pretty bad with the wax for your feet, and I've noticed some unsanitary practices (like reusing the same plastic from other spa chair tubs to soak your feet). They also talk on their cell phones while working with clients (rude). It's sad because Andy (the previous owner) took pride in making sure that every customer was satisfied, which is what kept me coming for so long. He was also always there. I still have yet to see the new owner. I'll give them at least 2 stars because after the funky stank attitude was over I got what I wanted.
