I took my 2017 f 450 in for service made a appointment for it drove it there to drop it off the service advisor told me they didn't have time and it would take several days . I called 6 days before my appointment to confirm the date and time also to confirm they had the shock in stock that was needed on my truck I was told they did and were waiting for me to come in . Guess what the didn't have the part . Also the service manager was rude when I asked him where I could find the service advisor. Anyway I guess I need to drive across town to rodeo ford in the future. I have bought 3 ford trucks in the last 2 years from rodeo ford and have had great service and a friendly and helpful staff .
