  • The line is insane and although a line is normal at Starbucks sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes is bad. The last 3 weekend trips were torture, Even mobile ordering doesn't save time. They never have it ready. The drive thru is a new feature but it seems to be a hurdle to large for this group to handle. Hopefully someone can get in there and show leadership. Efficiency is something this Starbucks is not, so unless you have a chunk of time on your side, go to another one. Side note the employees are pleasant, amateur but polite.
