  • I pondered over giving a negative review because I felt bad. But after trying to get my hair healthy again it's been a process. Priscilla completely fried my hair and also when she was blow drying it a puff of smoke billowed out after she burned a piece from my root which I didn't feel but when I got to the car I saw it missing and ran back to see if she would admit to doing this and she denied it. She left a bit of color over it to cover it up and I asked for her to wipe it off. When trying to make an appointment at front desk she insisted that I can text her and she will make it for me. I was a little curious to why she wanted to do that I just paid this lady 250.00. After a day of no response from her I asked for half of my money back for the treatment and burn and she said that she was sorry and to make an appointment with another hair stylist!! Lol! Anyways I said no thank you I will go elsewhere! And no response after that... I thought I would share this because I'm still trying to nurse my fried blonde hair back to health. So much for thinking that traveling 50 miles to a top rated salon would do any good *sigh*
