  • I had probably one of the worst experiences in a children's hospital, and this was for my 6mo old son . I do know emergency rooms can be quite a wait sometimes but we spent 6 hours of our day here and it seemed like it was pointless, the nurse that walked us to the room did not offer to even help me while I struggled to push my daughter in a stroller, carry the diaper bag, hold my son and his car seat. Real lack of help here! May not be her job to carry my things but to not even offer while I'm barely able to get around corners with my kids was insanely rude. My son was prescribed antibiotics for an abcess on his bottom, which I have seen no difference in, other than looking worse! Everyone here seemed so irritated to do their job. I understand that the job can be stressful but so can being the parent of a sick child and kindness DOES go a long way! I will not be bringing either of my kids here again.
