  • We have been longtime members though our reliance on their roadside service has been minimal until today. My wife and 4 month old infant had a flat tire and despite my name being on the registration and insurance, because I was not present and had yet to add my wife to the account, AAA would not help. Shame on me for not reading the fine print and for delaying the addition of my wife to the account. Shame on AAA for failing to acknowledge the decency of a helping hand. Any company that is in the business of stranding young mothers and their children is not deserving of my continued patronage. Member since 2004, cancelled 2018.
