  • I will never recommend this company - This all started on 6/26/15 1- When they first arrive they have you complete all this paperwork but none of the forms/contracts have carbon copies which is weird to me so you don't actually receive a copy of anything you sign. 2- They tell you upon arrival that they don't accept personal checks. They only accept certified checks, cash or credit cards with a 4% charge to you. I've spoken to them several times prior to scheduled move and not once was this ever mentioned. It's inconvenient because you don't know the final cost so you really can't get a certified check and just not sure how much cash to take out so you run around to the bank while their finishing up. 3. Their quotes/estimates are way off. 4- I paid cash and never, NEVER received a receipt. In fact, the movers stated that they would email a copy of the receipt. Never happened. 5- 6/27/15 - Because I didn't receive a copy, I drove down there the next day and to my surprise, they were just unpacking my items from the truck the day after my move even though they charged me extra for unpacking the same day of move 6- The facility is a warehouse and they share the space with an auto-mechanic shop so when you drive up and see your stuff being unloaded, they are walking through cars being fixed. Seriously 7- Your items will be placed in a warehouse (NOT CLIMATE CONTROL no matter what they tell you). I requested a receipt and copy of all of the forms they had me signed. After about 40 minutes, they finally came out with the forms. I was all set to leave until I noticed that the forms were for another person and another move - essentially, they gave me copies of someone else's documents. 8- 8/3/15 - The day I was scheduled to move to final destination, it took them a total of 10 hours. More than the initial move to the storage facility. How is that possible? It took them more time to load the truck the second time then it did to initially move me the first time which included btw the break down of furniture. 9- They said that they started loading my 3 bedroom worth of furniture at 8:30 am but arrived at my home at 1:10 pm. Then they finally left at 5:30 pm 10- Did I mentioned the quote/estimate was way off!!!! 11- I paid cash and once again NO RECEIPT and to date never received an email receipt. 12- There was damage to some of my items 13- They didn't deliver all of my items which the driver acknowledged but still day 3 haven't heard anything from them although I've called them several times 14- I completed a form documenting the damage and was told that someone would contact me - CRICKETS so far. 15- august 5th -Called them again this morning and was then told that I needed to speak to the claims/damage dept. like they were ALLSTATE. This is the funniest of this entire story because they work out of a warehouse off of Graham and they share the space with an auto-mechanic shop. There are literally two people who work in the office. The same two people who answer the phone Gabriel and Adam. Today I was told that I needed to speak to claims like they really have a claims department????? 16- I called again on the 7th of August and was finally told that I needed to email pictures of the damage so I did 17- Still no response as of the 13th of August so I followed up again. This time I was told that I had the wrong email address so once again I emailed the pictures of the damage furniture. 18- On August 18th I spoke with Adam and was told that they are working on the claim and I should hear something by the end of week. 19- As of today which is August 21st and surprise, surprise - still no response from this company. I am so floored how a company that is supposed to be bonded operates in this manner. My next step is the Better Business Bureau but felt it important enough to share a true life experience with this moving company.
