  • I was needing some shelving painted and around 15 sq. ft. of texture re-done so I went to Yelp my go to source for local businesses. I was under the gun on this repair because I was selling the house and needed this work done ASAP. I found Dave's Drywall Repair which had really good reviews so I decided to give them a try. I gave them a call and the person answering the phone sounded good, professional and seemed to know what he was talking about. He gave me a quote of $325.00 and told me that they would be out to the house the following day right around noon and for me to text over my contact information and the address for my house. I immediately shot him over a text with all the information. I did not hear anything for around 4 hours so I gave him a call to make sure that he had received everything ok and that we were good to go, he assured me that everything was good. I had a couple of appointments that I canceled for the following day so that I could get this job done and was sitting around waiting for Dave's Drywall to show up. It was around 1:30pm and no Dave's Drywall so I sent him a text asking when they were going to arrive. It was getting to be around 2:30 and there was no response so I gave them a call, no answer so I left a voice mail. I sat around waiting for quite a while and gave them another call around 4:00pm, left voice mail and still no call back. It is now almost 10:30am the next day and I have still not heard back from them and have a looming house closing and having to scramble to look for another dry waller.
