  • Do not use this place! Took in a watch which had not been used awhile for a battery change. To make long story short, the surface of watch became brown in a spot. Took watch back, they sent to manufacture, said had gotten water inside. DUH HuH - hadn't used it and brought home and laid on dresser and brown spot starts forming. They claim no water in their work area - so they say or a sneeze there or a drop of sweat from the hot light?? I don't know, but now I have lost a nice watch cuz they refuse own up to their own mistakes. I should had checked Yelp before going there - other person had problems too. And the owner is less than sympathetic to the issue regardless. Will never use a Brownlee Jewelers and will make sure family and friends do not as well.
