  • Nothing short of a nightmare service with this company just for some sunscreens. No one can find my order without having me give out personal info 3 times over the phone. The front line staff are morons! They don't meet ETA given and is 1 hour late, no courtesy calls whatsoever. Driver shows up late, no apologies, he says nothing. I wasted 6 hours of my precious time waiting. They should reimburse me for lost time-this was last week. Today, I'm ready for installation but no one answers the phone when I call to schedule install. It's 11AM on a Tuesday- where is everyone? Sleeping? I called 4 times was told to leave message. Of course they cashed my check already. Clearly this shows you what kind of a company they are. Money over service. I regret paying them in full in advance and i deeply deeply regret using this company in the first place! Please do not use them or you will be sorry. 7/14- update: the owner/Sales manager have both reached out to me to resolve this matter. 7/18- update: installation scheduled for today. Been waiting all day just learned technician injured have no backups. Rescheduled another day. I would like management or owner to contact me. This is beyond ridiculous.
