  • We received excellent service and a new roof from Five Guys Construction. All the employees we were in contact with were truly professional, courteous and prompt in all of their communications from phone calls to text messaging to emails. Justin arrived promptly for the appraisal of our roof and told us what was wrong with the roof without a high pressure sale. His bid for the job arrived in a timely manner. The bid was clear and thorough as to what they would do. The cost in comparison to other bids we received was very reasonable. Jake, the project manager, and Landon,the assistant project manager, were great to work with. They listened to our concerns about preventing roof rat access into the attic and followed up by making sure we knew they had stopped up a hole we had pointed out as a problem spot and any other areas they thought could be a problem. The crew did a thorough, quality roof replacement for us that we have confidence will last and protect our home. They always cleaned up at the end of each day and left the premises pristine at the conclusion. Our neighbor was impressed and noted how systematically the work progressed with equipment (roll off dumpster, trailers, roofing supplies, etc.) coming and going efficiently as needed throughout the project. Everything was done as they promised with no surprise extra costs at the end. We can definitely recommend Five Guys Construction for your roofing needs!
