I used to love this company for dog grooming services, but this last experience was horrible. I had a 930 appointment scheduled for mobile grooming outside of panorama towers. I missed 2 calls way before my appointment started and granted I was ultimately 15 minutes late for the appointment, Andy didn't even pick up my call when I called him back to bring her down. I then attempted to call the other number and the lack of service and the attitude I got from the girl was unacceptable. She told my partner that we'd have to double pay if we booked again and that our appointment was from 9:00-9:30 when my text message said 9:30 which would mean my window was from 9:30-10:00. I would not recommend this service because they were rude and full of attitude towards clients who aren't always perfect. I would have been fine with a "let's reschedule".
As another business owner I would always recommend empath and compassion towards customers and clients in an situation. There is a right and wrong way to handle client relations.
