  • Dr. Caragno is smart and pleasant enough, but way overbooks his schedule so patients have to wait a long time, like 45 min to an hour to get in and it seems to be a strategy he has made to keep the flow of $ coming in. No doubt about it, their time is more important than yours -- very poor customer service choice.
