Service used to be fantastic and then at the end of 2016 they lost their lease apparently so had to move my domains to Amanah (no managed packages). Since I prepaid one year, Save on Hosting/Telligent owes me about $700 and after almost 8 months of service requests, I can't get them to return even a small portion of what they owe me. Ed who may be owner called me about 4 months ago and asked that I be patient which I clearly have, and will only change this review if they actually contact me to arrange a refund of said $700. At this point, I'd take less, but throw me a bone Ed. Just throw me a bone and don't ignore me. If you can't come up with a few hundred dollars after 8 months, you shouldn't be in business.
PS: I've now contacted BBB of Calgary and I encourage any other past customers of SaveonHosting/Telligent to do so as well.
