  • Imagine giving a jewelery store 5 stars. Aren't they all just an overpriced rip off? Probably most are, but I really don't get that impression from Kleinhenz. My boyfriend (I guess really the correct term is fiance) purchased my engagement ring from here. It's truly the most beautiful piece of jewelery ever (ok, i'm a little bias), We both dreaded the idea of having to go in and pick out a ring and deal with irritating sales people. To our surprise, the whole experience was enjoyable. Our salesman was knowledgeable and laid back. We felt no pressure to buy nor did he try to upsell us. He was actually a pretty cool guy and we felt that he was honest and trustworthy as well. All in all the experience was really easy. We also felt like we got a pretty good deal on the diamond and the setting. He even gave me good advice when I came back to get my ring resized. I tried arguing with him, but he set me straight and thank goodness I listened to him b/c had I not my ring would have fallen off my fingers long ago. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase jewelery.
