And since I did not receive a call back from your company, I moved on.)) Me, days after leaving message with contact info: "Huh. Guess they don't need the business." *** ((Also edited to add: I needed local assistance promptly and was unable to engage with you without driving to your place of business, so I moved on. But not without review, because my time is valuable and Yelp is a means of sharing businesses' disrespect for that time. If that bothers you, consider revising your phone policy. Finding my review "funny" today, months later, suggests my impression was accurate.)) Just noticed that you are a small business with three locations. Clearly didn't do my research as this may impact your responsiveness. Yelp Moderators: Last I checked this forum was a place to describe interactions/service and responsiveness or lack thereof. It's not a replacement for a storefront and/or phone communication. Kindly remove my review if that is not the case. My review pertains strictly to the Red Mtn location of this business.
