  • Although the facility at the claim center was clean and the staff was very nice especially Crystal The adjuster . her boss Nathan got involved and although three estimates stating a damage aluminum convertible top can't be repaired per the dealer and three shops Progressive adjuster Nathan lied and said he knew the repair person at the shop I was going to and said it was no problem to fix. When the repair shop was told this the person this Nathan guy mention was called in and punished for giving an estimate over the phone. Turns out progressive employee Nathan is a liar he had never spoken to this poor employee. Sad that progressive hires such incompetent people and liars .
