  • So far I can say that they did not have the radiant barrier for the original install date and notified me the night before the install that they had to reschedule. On the day they installed the radiant barrier I was told that they needed an additional 1000sqft which the attic is not that large to begin with. I also contacted Costco on this issue since it was purchased through them and they have not called me back even with after leaving 5+ voicemails. I received an email that apologized for the inconvenience and that they were out of town. The answering machine did not indicate that their business was unavailable. Avoid this company at all costs.
