So glad I have yet to encounter these bad customer service experiences that most of the fellow Yelpers have! I'm thinking they might've gotten the hint that many people have been complaining because when I have walked in each and every time I've been greeted by the loss prevention guy (yellow shirt) and also when walking around! My particular visit was just for a new scale for my bathroom but of course I didn't leave with just that! The cashier was more than helpful with assisting me to look up one of my best buy reward zone certificates! This location happens to be the closest to me which is why I visit as often as I do! I particularly care for the one on Charleston/215 more but until this location does something I'm not happy with I'll continue doing business with them!
