  • I just want to say that I have never received this type of excellent customer service in 20 years!!! Our home air conditioner died 2 days ago (bad compressor) and here in Phoenix in July that's not fun. I decided to search Craigslist and kept finding "Cooling for less" advertising every day for the last two months. I decided to check their reviews and they were all very good. Last night I called their number and spoke to a very nice gentleman by the name of Louis, I had no idea he was the sales manager because he was very down to earth and answered every question I threw at him. Louis said he would be at my home between 7 and 7:30am, he showed up at 7:10am. After talking for about 30-35 minutes and upon my credit approval, he told me the new unit would be installed today. He wasn't kidding, 45 minutes after he left I get a call from a nice young lady by the name of Norma telling me two techs would be there around 10:30am. Well, they also showed up earlier and so did the crane ( I have a roof mount unit). Robert and Junior worked very fast and were very professional. To sum this up, I had COLD air blowing out of my vents by 12:20 pm. Everything was done in 4 hours!! I was so happy with their service, and their price is very, very competitive. I highly recommend Cooling for less, they are fast, professional, very reasonably priced, and most important, they stand behind what they sell...excellent customer service. This company has no competition...Keep up the good work!!!
