  • Kudos to Joshua Griffith at Chapman Chevrolet Service Department. I dropped in on a Saturday morning to see if I could get an oil change without an appointment. Even though he said they were fully booked, he said he'd somehow squeeze me in. He also looked up my 2016 Silverado and found I had a recall (something about 4 WD needed a software upgrade) and he took care of that also. I showed p to pick up my truck a couple hours later and it looked really good after being washed. Overall, VERY SATISFIED.
