  • Terrible company. Do not buy! As a previous employee they encouraged shady business practice and taught us how to lie to the customers. Their turnover rate was so high between employees and higher ups, I didn't even know who my boss was most if the time. Peter Chen is the shadiest person in the business. I could post emails back and forth and they ended up not even paying me in the end. You're better off calling the corporate office for your ADT services. The techs would also steal from customers.
