Manager Kelley pulled me out of a line that just opened because she said someone had been waiting longer. I was shocked. As I walked away to go to another cashier, she continued to talk to the other customer about getting in the line first. I questioned her about her odd choice of customer service and she played the "I have no idea what you are talking about game." She was amused. I was not. Kelly should get more customer service training. Thankfully, the new cashier I went to was very kind and helpful. Hopefully, the rest of the store doesn't reflect the poor service displayed by Kelly.
